creamify.ai (the "Website") is owned and operated by C Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

All visual content available on or through the Website is entirely computer-generated synthetic media, produced by generative artificial-intelligence models from text inputs. No content available on or through the Website is a visual depiction of an actual human being, and no actual human being was engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct in the creation of any content appearing on or through the Website.

Because the Website does not contain any visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the Website and its operators are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. No records under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A are required to be, or are, maintained for the content on the Website.

We enforce this standard technically and by policy: our Terms of Service prohibit any depiction of a real, identifiable person without valid consent and prohibit all content involving minors, and our moderation systems screen every generation request and block photographs of real people from being used as generation sources. All content is further subject to the moderation, enforcement, and removal processes described in our Terms of Service.
